Moab Trip

We spent a few days in Moab, Utah on an awesome trip with the Hendriksens. They spoiled us and it was so fun to go somewhere together!

Guy rented two Razors for us to go crazy with, which was a blast. We also swam and hiked up to Delicate Arch. The weather was amazing and not too hot at all, except for the beginning of the hike- but that was probably due to carrying a baby and trying not to let the other little boys fall off a cliff :)

Don't mind the picture overload... :)

Trying to get a picture with the grandsons. Unfortunately, Dezi and her 5 boys left before this hike since she had two throwing up, sick kids. What a fun ride home that was! Poor Dez and boys!

These slick rocks were SO steep and, at times, scary and exhilarating to go up and then come back down. But as we're looking at the pictures, they don't even look steep at all!!! But seriously, they were way more than what it looks like!

I was a giant ball of sweat here....

Shad did SO well on the hike. He got about a 10 minute break out the baby carrier when we got to the top. Other than that, he was content just to hang out and let his feet get kicked over and over with each step I took. Seriously, as long as this kid is held, he's completely content. He took 2 naps too.

Levi's not the best hiker... after about 1 minute into it he'll start saying his legs are tired and he needs water. So he ended up on TJ's shoulders a lot of the times and even fell asleep there at the end.

Ty did awesome. This kid was running from rock to rock and loved it. He was sweating tons- he definitely has the Wengert sweat gene. I think he might've been on someone's shoulders just once during the 3 hour hike. I was pretty impressed with him.

Lawson- almost 1 year
Shad- 6 months

Levi asking for "one more minute??"

Parker fell asleep on one of the rides- it was seriously so bumpy, we were amazed he didn't wake up for one second.

Ty LOVED riding "up in the mountains, really, really FAST" - I was surprised how much he liked it and is already asking when we can do it again.

Us adults took turns taking the Razor out so the kids had fun playing games, watching movies and swimming at the condo that we stayed at.

It was fun to spend some one on one time with Easton. He's getting to the age that he's not really with the kids anymore and likes to hang out with the adults. It was fun having him around and goofing off with him. He's a good kid :)
